Full-time Positions

Job Summary

Our Level 1 Technicians are responsible for providing technical assistance and training to system users, both internally and externally. Techs are also responsible for making minor hardware and software repairs to workstations.

General Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests for technical support.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
  • Load specified software packages such as operating systems, word processing, or spreadsheet programs onto computers.
  • Use problem management databases and a help desk system.
  • Instruct users in use of equipment, software, and manuals.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Coordinate activities with the help desk, network services, and other information systems groups.
  • Refer major problems to service personnel for resolution.
  • Maintain records of work performed.
  • Work under immediate supervision.

Job Qualifications

  • 1 year vocational training or relevant work experience in computer repair.
  • Knowledgeable with various software programs.

Job Summary

As a Level 2 Technician, you will regularly be expected to install or remove software on computer systems, diagnose and repair technical issues, and as well as assist in the planning, design, implementation, and management of our customer’s networks. This position may require you to perform on-site visits to our clients’ places of business to complete your tasks.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide services through telephone, email and face-to-face contact
  • Assemble hardware
  • Install or delete software for proper functioning of the supported platform
  • Troubleshoot computer equipment
  • Recover lost or accidentally deleted data

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of experience working on a medium or large-scale networked computing environment or enterprise workstations
  • At least one year serving as the operator or administrator responsible for operating the enterprise, client/server or network and related peripheral equipment

Job Summary

Provide assistance and support in all aspects of company marketing activities.

General Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining all company web pages and SEO marketing to promote the web sites.
  • Call leads on company lead prospecting system to scrub marketing list
  • Call leads on marketing campaigns for follow ups to secure appointments for sales calls.
  • Proof read, organize to print and send marketing information to leads on our monthly drip marketing campaign.
  • Investigate needs and assist management in developing marketing campaigns.
  • Organizes meetings and events.
  • Collects data and analyzes reports and statistics in preparation for meetings.
  • Ensures all information is stored correctly on computers and easily accessible by all staff
