How Do I get Support?
Getting fast quality support for your computer network is critical to keeping your business up and running. Aperion offers a number of ways to request help and does not require you to sign a contract to request service. Use the method that best fits your business style and Aperion will respond. Aperion does recommend using the help desk portal since you can submit your tickets 24/7 into your own workplace that allows you to respond to questions and review all the ticket you have submitted that are open or closed in the past.
Call (800) 778-2770 and speak to our receptionist. Yes, we answer our phone live during our business hours and you are not forced into a complicated automated phone system or voice mail. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and the system will add your help desk ticket and someone will contact you.
Submit a Ticket
Fill out the web form and submit to create a ticket in our help desk system. The staff will review your ticket and contact you. Click HERE to start a Web Form ticket.
Help Desk Portal
Log into your web portal and submit a ticket into the system. From your login you can add tickets, update your open tickets and review any ticket you have closed in the past. You can also search our knowledge base articles or your tickets for keywords. Click HERE to open Aperion’s Help Desk Portal.
Customer using our Match-IT managed services program get an icon on their toolbar in their workstation that opens the help desk portal. Look for the icon on your taskbar to open the portal. This portal will allow you to a ticket, review/change your open tickets and review your closed tickets. Access to our Knowledge Base is also available with helpful articles we have assembled to support your system.
